Day in Cairo: Pyramids, Egyptian Museum, and More

After enjoying a delicious breakfast at your hotel, your expert guide will meet you and accompany you in a private A/C vehicle for an unforgettable day exploring some of Egypt's most iconic landmarks.

Your first stop will be the Pyramids of Giza—the ancient and breathtaking pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mycerinus. These pyramids are one of the Seven Wonders of the World, and you'll have the chance to capture spectacular panoramic photos of these magnificent structures. Don't forget to marvel at the Great Sphinx, which dates back to the time of Chephren (around 2620 BC).

After taking in the incredible views and learning about the history of these wonders, you'll enjoy a delicious lunch at a high-quality local restaurant, offering you a taste of Egypt’s culinary delights.

Next, it's time to delve into the heart of ancient Egypt at the Egyptian Museum. This museum houses the world’s most important collection of Egyptian antiquities, including the stunning treasures of Tutankhamun and countless other fascinating artifacts. Day in Luxor: Karnak and Luxor Temples

After enjoying a delicious breakfast at your hotel, you will be transferred by private A/C vehicle to Cairo Airport for your domestic flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, you will be met by your expert guide and transferred by private A/C vehicle to begin your exciting Upper Egypt adventure.

Your day will start by visiting the Karnak Temple, the largest open-air museum in the world. This incredible temple complex is a vast collection of ancient buildings and monuments, including the impressive Hypostyle Hall, which features 134 massive columns. Explore the rich history and artistry of the ancient Egyptians as you walk through this remarkable site.

Next, you will visit Luxor Temple, which is known for its stunning courtyard and its towering statues of Ramses II. This temple was once part of the great city of Thebes and served as the site for the annual Opet Festival, where the statues of the gods would be paraded along the Nile.

After exploring these incredible ancient sites, you will be transferred to your cruise for the next part of your journey along the Nile River.

Day in Luxor: West Bank Exploration

After a delicious breakfast on board the cruise, you will embark on a full-day excursion to the West Bank of Luxor, where you’ll explore some of the most iconic archaeological sites of Ancient Egypt.

First, you will visit the Valley of the Kings, the final resting place of many pharaohs, including the tomb of Tutankhamun. Wander through the valley, admiring the richly decorated tombs carved into the desert cliffs.

Next, head to the Valley of the Queens, which is home to the tombs of queens and royal children, including the famous Queen Nefertari’s tomb, which is known for its vibrant colors and incredible preservation.

Continue your journey to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, a stunning mortuary temple dedicated to one of Egypt’s most powerful female pharaohs. The temple is beautifully set against the cliffs of Deir el-Bahari, with a series of terraces and magnificent statues.

Your last stop for the day will be the Colossi of Memnon, two massive stone statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III that once stood at the entrance to his mortuary temple. These statues are an impressive sight, even in their ruined state.

After the tour, you will be transferred back to your cruise, where you can relax and enjoy the rest of the day.

Day in Edfu and Kom Ombo: Temples and Celebration

After finishing your breakfast on board, you'll meet your expert guide and depart for a full-day excursion.

Your first stop will be the Temple of Horus in Edfu, one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt. Dedicated to the god Horus, this majestic temple provides a glimpse into the religious life of ancient Egypt, with its towering columns, detailed reliefs, and beautiful inscriptions. You’ll explore its massive halls and learn about the significance of this site.

After visiting the temple, you’ll return to your cruise, where you can enjoy a delicious lunch as the ship continues its journey down the Nile.

Next, you’ll arrive at Kom Ombo, where you’ll visit the Temple of Sobek and Haroeris. This unique double temple is dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon-headed god Haroeris (a form of Horus). The temple is famous for its unusual symmetrical design and its beautiful carvings depicting various ancient rituals and medical instruments.

As the evening sets in, you’ll enjoy a fun Galabya Party on board the cruise. This traditional Egyptian event invites guests to dress in colorful Galabya (traditional Egyptian robes), dance, and enjoy Egyptian music and festivities. It’s a great way to immerse yourself in the local culture while sailing down the Nile.

The cruise will continue its journey towards Luxor as you unwind for the night.

Day in Cairo: Return from Aswan

After finishing your delicious breakfast aboard the cruise, you’ll be transferred by private A/C vehicle to Aswan Airport for your domestic flight back to Cairo.

Upon arrival in Cairo, you will be met by our expert representative and transferred by private A/C vehicle to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to relax or explore more of the vibrant city on your own.

After finishing your delicious breakfast, you will depart for a three-hour journey to Alexandria with our expert guide by private A/C vehicle.

You will admire the majestic monument of Pompay Pillar; it was established in the honor of Emperor Diocletian.

Continue to the Citadel of Sultan Quitbay, built on the same spot of the ancient lighthouse of Alexandria.

Then you will visit the Catacombs of Kom El Shokafa, it is the largest Roman Cemetery consisting of 3 levels cut in the rock underground tunnel that shows the merge between Roman and Egyptian art.

Have Lunch at a good quality local restaurant.

Afterward, you will visit the famous library of Alexandria and the Montazah Palace gardens of King Farouk. You will have the opportunity to take some impressive and unique photos at Alexandria.

After finishing the tour, you will back to the hotel.

Day in Cairo: Explore the Citadel and Old Cairo

After finishing your delicious breakfast at the hotel, you will depart with our expert guide in a private A/C vehicle for a full-day excursion.

1. Visit the Citadel of Salah El-Din: The Citadel served as the center of Egypt’s government and military for nearly 700 years. Here, you'll explore the Alabaster Mosque of Mohammed Ali, designed by the Turkish architect Yousif Boushnaq, and enjoy panoramic views of Cairo.

2. Lunch: You will have lunch at a good-quality local restaurant, giving you the chance to sample traditional Egyptian cuisine.

3. Visit Old Cairo: After lunch, you’ll explore the fascinating Hanging Church, which is one of the oldest Christian sites in Cairo. You'll also visit the Church of Abu Serga, where it's believed that the Holy Family took refuge during their flight to Egypt. Finally, you will visit the Ben Ezra Synagogue, one of the most significant Jewish landmarks in Cairo.
